- Rental Agreement:
By renting an electric scooter from Ev Rentz, you enter into a rental agreement with us. This agreement governs the terms and conditions of your rental, including the duration, rental fees, and responsibilities of both parties. - Rental Eligibility:
To rent an electric scooter from Ev Rentz, you must meet our eligibility criteria, including but not limited to age requirements, valid identification, and payment method. - Rental Period:
The rental period begins when you pick up the electric scooter and ends when you return it to the designated location. Rental periods are available on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis, as specified at the time of booking. - Rental Fees:
Rental fees are determined based on the duration of the rental period and any additional services or accessories requested. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. - Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages or losses to the electric scooter during the rental period. The deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the scooter, minus any applicable charges. - Use of Electric Scooter:
You agree to use the electric scooter in a responsible manner, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to observing traffic rules, wearing appropriate safety gear, and avoiding reckless or negligent behavior. - Maintenance and Repairs:
Ev Rentz is responsible for maintaining the electric scooters in good working condition. However, you are responsible for reporting any mechanical issues or damages to us promptly. You agree not to attempt any repairs or modifications to the electric scooter without our authorization. - Liability:
Ev Rentz is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of our electric scooters, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on our part. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the electric scooter. - Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your rental agreement and/or access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. - Privacy Policy:
Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website and services, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy. - Modifications:
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. - Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Bangalore.
